Cozy Cactus Policies:

A minimum 2 nights booking required on weekends. Call for last-minute, single night exceptions.
Rates are quoted for single or double occupancy.
A deposit of one night's lodging is required to hold a reservation of two nights or less. For stays of three or more nights, a deposit of 50% is required.
10% pre-tax discount is offered for stays of four nights or longer. DOES NOT APPLY TO RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH TRAVEL AGENTS, SUMMER RATES OR TWO BEDROOM SUITE EXTENDED STAYS.
Cancellation fee is $25. Remainder of deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs a minimum of ten days prior to first night's stay. Reservations cancelled less than 10 days prior to first night's stay will receive refund in proportion to specific rooms that are re-rented.
$25 charge for an extra person.
Children welcome 12 years or older (please call for exceptions to policy)
Check-in time is between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m.
Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
No pets allowed.
